We don’t talk enough about the nights when nothing made sense. About the days when getting out of bed was already a battle. About the mistakes that replay endlessly in silence. About the moments when motivation disappears and believing in yourself feels exhausting. VYDS was born there. In what doesn’t show. In the work done with weight on the chest. We are inspired by the fear of being average, but even more by the fear of giving up on ourselves. That’s why we chose to stay. To hold on to love. To choose life, even when it hurt. To slowly learn how to love ourselves again. This is not about perfection. It’s about continuing. With scars, with doubt, but with intention.
